Day 1: Canada – Havana

Arrival in Havana and transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Day 2: Havana – Santiago de Cuba (B)

In the morning, you will fly to Santiago de Cuba. After lunch, you will go on a walking tour through Santiago de Cuba. You will visit the Castillo El Morro, a stunning 16th century citadel, and the Plaza de la Revolution! Overnight.

Day 3: Santiago de Cuba (B)

This morning, you will drive to the stunning El Cobre Basilica, an important shrine for the Cuban people. The afternoon will be at your leisure. Overnight.

 

Day 4: Bayamo (B, L)

Enjoy the authentic town of Bayamo during a guided tour before driving to the beautiful Sierra Maestra Mountains. Spend the night nestled amidst tropical gardens. Overnight.

Day 5: Sierra Maestra (B, L)

After breakfast, you will go on a short hike in the mountains where you can admire the Cuban landscape! Overnight.

Day 6: Camagüey (B)

Today, visit to the colonial city of Camagüey. You will be taken on a tour of the city in a bike taxi! Overnight.

Day 7: Trinidad (B)

This morning, you will head to the fascinating city of Trinidad, a UNESCO world heritage site! Spend the afternoon exploring as you like before enjoying the night at a “casa particular”.

Day 8: Trinidad (B)

Today will start with a city tour of colonial Trinidad.

 The city has some remarkable architecture and scenic views such as The Palacio Brunet as well as the Museo Mántico. In the evening you will get to listen to some live Cuban music at the Casa de la Trova! Overnight.

Day 9: Cienfuegos (B)

Experience one of the most beautiful and lively cities in Cuba! After your walking tour, you will have the afternoon at leisure. Overnight.

 

Day 10: Santa Clara (B, L)

Today you will head to the western part of Cuba. On your way, you will stop in Santa Clara and visit the famous Che Guevara Memorial mausoleum and museum. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Vinales. Overnight.

Day 11: Santa Clara (B, L) 

Today, you will go on a day excursion to the tranquil Cayo Jutías beach. Spend the day relaxing. We will have a picnic lunch on the beach before returning to the Hotel.

​

Day 12: Santa Clara – Havana (B, L)

After breakfast, you will head back to Havana. On your way, you will visit a tobacco factory where you can learn how the famous Cuban cigars are rolled and The Cueva del Indio. Overnight.

​

Day 13: Havana (B)

Today, enjoy a walking tour through the historical part of Havana. Later, visit to the Havana Club Rum Museum and enjoy a cocktail. After lunch, explore “modern” Havana and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

​

Day 14: Havana (B)

Transfer to the airport for your flight back home or to an on-going destination.
